Starting in business at just 16 Phil has extensive experience in successful startups over the last 15 years, across a wide range of sectors including; furniture, retail, manufacture, technology, hospitality, interior design and property development.
Phil and Karl have been friends for over 12 years and combined their skills to form Winter Melia Developments back in 2015 where they have seen the business scale organically from single dwellings to large scale residential conversions.

Karl has over 16 years experience in the construction industry, starting as an apprentice and working his way up to a fully qualified electrician. From Karl's ambition and meticulous level to detail he was recognised as a talent in the industry and worked his way to site foreman by the age of 25.
Karls wealth of knowledge in the construction industry combined with his management and leadership skills ensures Winter Melia's high expectations in terms of quality finishing are met throughout our schemes.
